Description

PROMOTE ENERGY SAVING & REDUCE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS

MayAir is actively involved in reducing the world’s carbon footprint by adopting energy-saving technology within its product design. By utilizing EC motor technology, MayAir achieves significantly higher operational efficiency when compared to conventional AC systems. MayAir’s FFUs boast unparalleled energy efficiency, resulting in savings of up to 80% when compared to AC technology, and with an overall FFU fan efficiency exceeding 60%. This not only extends the service life but also reduces noise levels, making it the quietest FFU in the industry.

HIGH-LEVEL OPERATIONAL CONTROL SYSTEM

MayAir FFUs control system can be centralized and synchronized with the Building Management System (BMS). By utilizing Flonet, a unique software developed by our in-house R&D, a large number of FFUs can be monitored and controlled in real-time. The system can be synchronized with the building’s other services, such as the fire alarm system. In the event of a fire, the FFUs in the affected zone will shut down without affecting other floors or areas. This could ensure optimal safety during evacuation procedures.
